Optional Costs That May Apply
Some orders may include additional costs depending on how quickly you need your order, whether you need delivery, whether artwork support is required, or whether you are supplying your own garments or products.
These costs are only added where relevant and will be confirmed in your quote before production begins.
SHIPPING COSTS
Collection from our Gold Coast warehouse is FREE. If you need delivery, shipping is calculated based on your location, order size and whether your order can be sent in a satchel or box.
As a guide, satchel shipping starts from $20 and box shipping starts from $25. Express options are available where needed, and rural areas may take longer.
SAME DAY/RUSH PRODUCTION
Same day and rush production is available depending on the service, garment availability and current production schedule. Rush fees are only added if your order needs to be completed faster than our standard turnaround.
As a guide, rush fees typically range from 10% to 30%, depending on the method and how quickly the order is needed.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SUPPORT
Basic artwork support is included for simple fixes or quick file checks. We include up to 15 minutes of artwork support free of charge.
If your artwork needs more complex preparation, vectorisation or design work, graphic design support is available from $50.
SUPPLYING YOUR OWN GARMENTS
In some cases, we can print or embroider onto items you provide. Supplied items need to be checked for suitability before production, and a handling fee may apply.
As a guide, supplied item fees start from $1.50 to $3.50 per item, depending on the order quantity.
Prices will be confirmed in a quote before you approve your order.
