Common Questions About Our Custom Jacket Printing
What is the minimum order for custom jackets?
We have a minimum order of 5 units, and you can mix and match garments. If you don't want 5 jackets, you can have - as an example - 2 custom jackets, 2 hoodies and 1 polo, as long as they're the same design.
I’m not on the Gold Coast and I need shipping. When will my order arrive?
Dispatch will happen the day after your order is finished. Courier time will vary depending on your location. Please contact our team to check estimated shipping times.
I live close to Burleigh Heads, can I pick up my custom jackets when they're printed?
Yes, local pickup is available from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Our address is Unit 2/49 Taree St, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Collection hours are between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays).
Can I see a mock-up before placing a full order?
Yes, we provide a free mock-up of your jackets before we send them to production so you can review and approve the design.
What types of jackets can you customise?
We can customise a range of jackets, including puffer jackets, softshell jackets, hi-vis jackets, rain jackets, lightweight jackets and workwear jackets.
If you already have your own items you'd like customised, give us a call to discuss your requirements.
How long does custom jacket and outerwear printing take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the printing style and garmets ordered, but we offer fast turnarounds and same-day options on selected styles. As a rough guide:
Standard embroidery or printing: 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping.
Custom patches: 4–5 weeks for production.
Rush orders: Available for an extra fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
To save on courier shipping times, you're able to collect from our Gold Coast warehouse in Burleigh Heads if you're close by.
If I'm collecting from your Burleigh Heads warehouse, is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking directly outside our Burleigh Heads custom printing warehouse on the Gold Coast. Spaces are limited, but there is also ample free street parking less than a minute's walk away.
