 Custom Cap Printing and Embroidery Options

Our custom caps are made to match your vision. Choose from:

• Embroidered Caps – your design is stitched directly into the cap. You can embroider on the front, side and back panels, including over the mesh on caps. Embroidery is not ideal for logos with gradients, very fine details or text smaller than 0.5cm. In these cases, our team can help adapt your logo to suit embroidery. If certain details are important and cannot be changed, we would usually recommend printing.

• Printed Caps – this method is perfect for both simple and complex logos. If your design includes gradients, small details or fine text, printing will usually give you the best result. We use DTF to apply logos onto caps. We can also print over the brim, depending on cap style.

• Custom Cap Patches – we offer different types of patches including woven, embroidered and silicone patches. Most of our patches are applied using our in-house embroidery and sewing machines. Patches usually require higher minimum order quantities, so if you only need a small number of caps, we would generally recommend printing or embroidery instead.
