Custom Cap Printing, Embroidery & Patches
Choose the right finish for your artwork, cap style, budget and order quantity. We offer custom cap embroidery, DTF printing and custom patches, with a free digital mock-up provided for you to review before production.
Custom Cap Embroidery
Your logo is stitched directly into the cap for a textured, durable finish. Embroidery works best for bold artwork and simple text.
We can embroider on the front, side and back panels, including over the mesh on caps

Custom Cap Printing
We offer both DTG and DTF printing for custom caps.
DTG prints directly onto suitable fabrics, while DTF transfers your design onto the cap and works across a wider variety of materials.
As well as the usual printing placements, we can also print over the brim, depending on cap style.

Custom Cap Patches
Create a distinctive badge-style finish with embroidered, woven or silicone patches applied to suitable cap styles. Patch orders may have higher minimum quantities.
Patches are applied using our in-house embroidery and sewing machines.

Our minimum order depends on the cap style and decoration method, but some custom cap orders can start from as little as 5 items. If you don't want 5 caps, you can mix and match garmets as long as the design and printing style is the same.

Yes. We offer embroidered caps for logos, text and simple designs. Embroidery is a premium, durable option for custom caps.
Can you print on caps?
Yes. We offer printed caps using DTF, which works well for detailed designs, colour logos and artwork that may not suit embroidery.
