• Beanies with Embroidery – your design is stitched directly into the beanie. Embroidery works beautifully on beanies and is ideal for logos, text and simple designs. It’s not well-suited to logos with gradients, very fine details or text smaller than 0.5cm. In these cases, our team can help adapt your logo. If certain details are important and can’t be changed, we’d usually recommend printing instead.

• DTF Printing for Beanies –we use DTF printing to apply your logo or artwork onto beanies. This method is perfect for both simple and complex designs. If your logo includes gradients, small details or fine text, printing will usually give you the best result.

• Custom Beanie Patches – patches are a popular choice for beanies, especially for streetwear brands, fashion labels and club merch. We offer woven, embroidered and silicone patches, sewn directly onto the beanie. Patches generally require higher minimum order quantities than printing or embroidery, so if you only need a small run, we’d usually recommend one of those methods instead.
