SETUP FEE
A $75 setup fee applies to embroidery orders, excluding GST.
3D EMBROIDERY
3D embroidery is available for selected designs and garments. 3D embroidery costs an additional $3.50 per position, excluding GST.
RUSH EMBROIDERY
Rush embroidery may be available, subject to availability.

TURNAROUND
Standard embroidery turnaround is approximately 2 weeks once your quote is approved, payment is confirmed and artwork is ready for production.
Shipping fees will be applied on top of your order. Collection is also available, free of charge, from our Gold Coast warehouse.

Our standard minimum for embroidery is 5 garments with the same design. These can be mixed across suitable products, for example polos, hoodies, caps or t-shirts. Send us your artwork and product choice and we’ll confirm whether embroidery is suitable.

Embroidery is usually better for a premium stitched logo finish on polos, uniforms, caps, jackets and workwear. Printing methods such as screen printing, DTF and DTG are often better for large designs, full-colour artwork, gradients or detailed graphics.
Can you embroider full-colour designs?
Embroidery can use multiple thread colours, but it is not always suitable for full-colour, photo-style or highly detailed artwork. Simple logos, text, icons and brand marks usually work best. If your design is too detailed for embroidery, we may recommend DTF, DTG or screen printing instead.
