Custom Hospitality Merch – FAQs
What is the minimum order for custom hospitality uniforms or merch?
We have a minimum order of 5 units, and you can mix and match garments. If you don't want 5 aprons, for example, you can have 3 aprons and t shirts, as long as they're the same printing style and design.
Can you print or embroider aprons?
Yes. We can print or embroider aprons for cafes, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, food trucks and customer-facing teams. Both give a really nice, professional finish.
My business location is close by on the Gold Coast, can I collect my order?
Yes, local pickup is available from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Our address is Unit 2/49 Taree St, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Collection hours are between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding QLD public holidays).
Can I see a mock-up of the custom uniforms before placing a full order?
Yes, we provide a free mock-up of your uniforms and merch before we send them to production so you can review and approve the design. We won't start printing until you're 100% happy.
Can you help us choose the right merch or uniforms?
Yes, absolutely. We've worked with hundreds of bars, hotels, restaurants, breweries and service teams across Australia to customise their uniforms, events and customer-facing merch. Let us know the purpose of your order and we can guide you in the right direction for custom printing.
How long does custom apron and uniform printing take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the printing style and garmets ordered, but we offer fast turnarounds and same-day options on selected styles. As a rough guide:
Standard embroidery or printing: 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping.
Custom patches: 4–5 weeks for production.
Rush orders: Available for an extra fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
To save on courier shipping times, you're able to collect from our Gold Coast warehouse in Burleigh Heads if you're close by.
If I'm collecting from your Burleigh Heads warehouse, is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking directly outside our Burleigh Heads custom printing warehouse on the Gold Coast. Spaces are limited, but there is also ample free street parking less than a minute's walk away.
