There are plenty of dad hats on the market, but not all custom caps deliver the same fit, feel and finish. The Friday Buckle Cap is designed for brands that want a premium blank cap with a vintage look and a comfortable everyday fit.

Made from 100% recycled cotton twill and finished with a double enzyme wash, the Friday Buckle Custom Cap starts soft and continues to fade beautifully over time. This process creates a worn-in, retro look that makes every custom hat unique, shaped by how and where it’s worn.

For the buckle version, we opted for a silver metal slider with an adjustable fabric strap, moving away from the traditional brass look. The colour palette leans into earthy, refined tones, making this custom cap ideal for lifestyle brands, uniforms and premium merchandise. The unstructured, low-profile fit sits comfortably on the average head. Those with larger head sizes may find the fit snug.

While we’ll always love a snapback, the buckle closure is here for those who prefer a cleaner, more understated finish.
