Yes, we specialise in bulk orders with competitive pricing. We offer bulk t-shirt printing for uniforms, events, promotions, teams, merchandise and brand launches. Send us your design, quantity and deadline, and we’ll provide a quote.
How long does custom t shirt printing take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the printing style and garmets ordered, but we offer fast turnarounds and same-day options on selected styles. As a rough guide:

Standard embroidery or printing: 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping.

Custom patches: 4–5 weeks for production.

Rush orders: Available for an extra fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
Do you offer custom t-shirt printing in Australia?
Yes. The Print Studio works with customers across Australia, offering custom t-shirt printing, embroidery and bulk order options for businesses, events, teams, brands and personal projects.
Can I print my logo on t shirts?
Yes, upload your artwork and we’ll handle the rest. We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, or high-res PDF).
If you don’t have these, a high-quality PNG or JPEG may work too. Our design team will review your file and help you choose the best option.
Can I add embroidery to custom t-shirts?
Yes. Embroidery is available on selected t-shirt styles and works best for logos, initials and simple designs that need a premium finish.
I need custom t-shirts urgently. Do you offer same day printing?
Yes, on selected t-shirt styles, see our same day printing service.
What is the minimum order for custom t shirt printing?
Our standard minimum order is 5 garments for most styles. If you don't want 5 custom printed tshirts, you can mix and match styles, eg 2 tshirts, 2 caps and 1 hoodie with the same design.
Can I see a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. We usually provide a digital mock-up of your design before payment, so you can see how your logo or artwork will look. If you’d like a physical sample:

You can place your bulk order first, then request one decorated cap (embroidered or printed) before full production.

We’ll send you a photo of the sample or ship it to you for approval.

Adjustments can be made before we complete the rest of your order.
Please note: A decorated sample may add time to your order. If you’re on a tight deadline, this may not be the best option.
