1. What’s the minimum order for custom trucker caps?

Our minimum order is 5 caps for most styles. Some premium brands, such as House of Peaks and Flexfit, require a different minimum due to brand policy.

2. Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We usually provide a digital mock-up of your design before payment, so you can see how your logo or artwork will look.

If you’d like a physical sample:

• You can place your bulk order first, then request one decorated cap (embroidered or printed) before full production.

• We’ll send you a photo of the sample or ship it to you for approval.

• Adjustments can be made before we complete the rest of your order.

⚠️ Please note: A decorated sample may add time to your order. If you’re on a tight deadline, this may not be the best option.

Not sure about cap fit or quality? We can also send you a blank (undecorated) sample. Because we supply caps at wholesale prices, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Our team can guide you to the best style before you commit.

3. How long does production take?

• Standard embroidery or printing: 2–3 weeks for production, plus shipping.

• Custom patches: 4–5 weeks for production.

• Rush orders: Available for an extra fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.

4. Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We’re Australian-owned and operated, and we ship to all locations across Australia, including metro and regional areas.

5. What file types do I need to supply for my logo or artwork?

We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, or high-res PDF).
If you don’t have these, a high-quality PNG or JPEG may work too. Our design team will review your file and help you choose the best option.

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the cost per cap. This is perfect for large events, promotional giveaways, or retail stock.
